As we all know the Orange Cap is awarded to the most leading run-scorer in each season of IPL. As of the 2021 season, the player with the highest aggregate runs in the history of the IPL is Indian cricketer Virat Kohli, who has scored 6,613 runs in 199 matches while playing for the Royal Challengers Bangalore franchise. Kohli has also won the Orange Cap on three occasions, which is tied with Chris Gayle and David Warner for the most number of times.
