I'm considering a home refurbishment in London and trying to budget accordingly. Where can I find detailed information on the associated costs?

There is a big difference in the requirements for renovation in London and in Sydney. England and Australia are surrounded by water, but their climate cannot be called identical. Architectural requirements in London require that the appearance of historic buildings be preserved as much as possible. You can see an old mansion, but inside a lot will be done in the modern trend of design and comfort. This greatly inflates the cost estimate. I believe that it is easier for Australians since their cities were built from scratch much later.

Hello! You are partly right. There is a logic to this. But as you yourself said, the climate of the two countries is not identical. Increased humidity + increased temperature equals increased wear and tear on building facades. This applies to both industrial complexes and ordinary households. There is one architectural solution that is often used in Australia now. I'm talking about aluminum composite panels. There is a service that provides you cladding installers sydney. They will give you a budget estimate depending on the choice of material, design and complexity of installation. Such panels are a ventilated facade that absorbs part of the solar heat and allows you to balance the temperature inside the building without additional effort.
